Orders & Product Delivery
How are digital products delivered?
After your purchase you'll be sent to a thank you page with information on how to download your templates / access any teaching materials. These will either be available to download within your account or will be hosted in your Course Dashboard on MemberVault which you can always login to here.
How can I get support on a tech or product access issue?
If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation email after your purchase or need to reach out for another reason, please submit a support ticket here and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital instant access nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If however, you run into an issue or need help, we are just an email away!
